Ryan Lorenzini

The Claremont Companies, LLC (“Claremont”) is a real estate investment firm focused on the development, construction, acquisition, and management of a variety of real estate products, with a primary focus in self-storage and multi-family.  As a Principal of Claremont, Mr. Lorenzini is responsible for deal sourcing, acquisitions, underwriting, due diligence, predevelopment, governmental relations, investor relations, marketing, and finance.  In addition, Mr. Lorenzini oversees the management of the operations of Claremont’s self-storage and multi-family holdings, which currently encompass five self-storage properties comprising approximately 500,000 square feet and two multi-family properties comprising 231 units.  Mr. Lorenzini is also an MAI Member of the Appraisal Institute, and has appraised and/or analyzed hundreds of self-storage properties throughout his career.
