Scott Ramser

Scott Ramser has been involved in commercial real estate investment since 1986 when he founded Ramser Development Company primarily developing industrial buildings in downtown Los Angeles for the garment industry. Mr. Ramser entered the storage industry in 1995 when he became involved in Baker Ranch RV Storage. In 2003 Mr. Ramser took over Baker Ranch and has since developed over 1,000,000 SF of RV & Boat Storage facilities and currently operates facilities in Orange, Los Angeles, Alameda and Sacramento counties. Mr. Ramser’s professional background also includes experience in property and asset management as well as entitlement work with the cities of Santa Ana, Brea, Fountain Valley, Mission Viejo and the counties of Los Angeles, Orange and Sacramento. Mr. Ramser is a founder and owner in Storelocal, a membership organization owned by independent self-storage operators offering technology and brand services that increase profitability of its members. In addition, the membership community offers cost saving initiatives in credit card processing, insurance and other important areas to its members. Mr. Ramser is also a shareholder in Tenant, Inc. a subsidiary of Storelocal. Tenant Inc. is a technology company revolutionizing the operations of self-storage facilities while building online presence. Mr. Ramser is a member of the Board of Directors of the California Self Storage Association.
